AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”), and Faisal Karkoh (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website faisalkarkoh.com (the “Site”). DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations  

We encourage resolving disputes through informal negotiations first. Both parties agree to attempt to settle disputes amicably for at least 30 days before pursuing formal legal action.  

Binding Arbitration  

Should informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

DISCLAIMER

The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, whether explicit or implied, regarding the Site’s functionality, accuracy, or reliability, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
